sherydenTraffic and the crowds at the grocery store were epic fail today. Seriously, I went in the middle of the day when I thought the 9-5 people would be at work. Well, there was a serious flood of people, and they were the annoying "take 20 minutes to pick out a frozen dinner" variety. I didn't get a lot of the stuff I wanted today, because the crowds were stressing me out.
I did get pancake mix, though, so maybe pancakes tonight. Nom.
On my way home, the idiot in front of me slammed on her brakes which meant I had to slam on my brakes, and the guy behind me had to slam on his brakes. And then, another idiot, who was in the left turn lane--talking on his freaking cell phone--went straight instead of making a left hand turn. Just drove along without a care in the world, chatting on his cell phone, never mind all the cars in the proper lane. I mean, come on. Drive with some sense.
It's just been a stressful day overall. I really need to get some writing done, as I didn't get much done yesterday. I know it'll come, because this is how I typically write. But still, I find myself kind of envious of those people who just sit down write unobstructed for two hours every day.
Plus my OCD is acting up, so fuck.
