Really important, sanity-preserving question

All right. Has anyone seen that Ted Danson miniseries Living with the Dead, where he played James Van Praagh, the medium? It was on a few years ago, and Queen Latifah was in it?

Kavan Smith with in this movie, and I can't freaking remember what his role was. I know the character's name was Matt, and I've seen a cap with him in it. He was in a scene with Mary Steenburgen. But I can't remember what he actually did in the film, and it's driving me crazy! I've seen this movie at least twice, and I can't remember what Kavan did!
