Rambling nonsense, ship meme

Classes start tomorrow, and I should be in bed right now, but I'm wired and trying to ward off a headache. Besides, I hardly ever sleep well the night before a semester starts. I probably won't do much in class besides read over the syllabus and try and convince the students of the value of history. I know I'm going to fall behind like usual. Really, it's almost amusing that I hand them a schedule, lol.
In any case, I think I'll do a meme and then maybe watch a bit of Kavan Smith in something. I tried to watch his appearance in Blade: The Series, but it was just too...too for me. I'll probably try again some night when I'm desperate. I actually rewatched part of Nightmare at the End of the Hall. Seriously, every Kavan fan needs to see it, because you'll realize how much he's wasted in the various series he's appear in. He's a terrific actor, and this film shows that.
I've challenged myself to give ONE answer only for each question except the last one.
Favorite Pairing: Of all time? Jack/Daniel (SG-1).
But This Pairing Comes In Close Second: McKay/Sheppard (SGA)
And If Not That Pairing, This One: Jack/Ianto (TW)
This Pairing Was Sunk In Canon, But I Still Love It: Sirius/Remus (HP). *kicks furniture*
I Dabble a Little In This Pairing: Lorne/Zelenka (SGA), though I'm starting to ship it more fervently now.
I’m Slowly Warming Up to This Pairing: McKay/Keller (SGA). The multi-shipper in me strikes again.
I’d Rather Not Be a Fly on the Wall For This Pairing, But It’s Cute: Bernard/Rose (LOST)
This Pairing Tickles My Fancy, But I’m Not Sold Yet: Daniel/Cam (SG-1)
This Pairing Makes No Canon Sense, But Why Not?: Ianto/Lorne (TW, SGA)
My Favorite Pairing to Write Is: Sam/Daniel (SG-1). I think I like writing them, because they're a road less traveled. It's not one of those "everything has already been done to death" things. They're a relatively blank canvas.
My Favorite Pairing to Read Is: Lorne/Teyla (SGA). With other pairings, like McShep or Jack/Ianto, you have to wade through loads of bad fic to get to the good stuff. Fortunately, the Lorne/Teyla subsection of the fandom hasn't been deluged with half-assed creations by people who don't format or proofread yet. Almost all of the stories are great.
I Wish More People Would Ship This Pairing: Joe Kavanaugh/Will Zimmerman (Sanctuary). I can't be the only one! *cries*
I Swear I’m the Only Person Shipping This Pairing: *looks around for people with rotten tomatoes* Lorne/Sam Carter (SG-1, SGA). There. I said it. I've watch "The Road Not Taken" one too many times, and this is the result.
Other People Never Expect Me to Like This Pairing As Much As I Do: Spike/Buffy (BtVS)
I Made Up This Pairing When I Was on a Sugar High: Todd/Michael (SGA). So far, nobody else has joined me in the Wraith Love.
This Pairing Makes My Teeth Rot with the Sweetness of It: Gwen/Rhys (TW)
This Pairing Makes Me Bawl My Eyes Out and Listen to Evanescence: Piper/Leo (Charmed). I don't think I need to explain.
This Pairing Makes Me Feel Guilty For Being Alive, But I Still Love It: John Hart/Ianto Jones (TW).
I Really Like to Ship This Person: Major Evan Lorne (SGA). He goes well with everyone, that Little Black Dress.
I Really Don’t Like to Ship This Person: Gil Grissom (CSI).
I’m Bored With This Pairing: Morgan/Garcia (CM)
I Just Don’t Understand This Pairing: Wincest (SPN).
Everyone Else Loves This Pairing, But I Just Don’t Feel It: Jack/Sam (SG-1). Don't hate it, but it's not my cup of tea.
The Pairing Makes My Stomach Turn: Remus/Tonks (HP).
If This Pairing Happens in Canon I Might Stab My Eyes Out With a Spork: Jack/Gwen (TW)
This Pairing is Like a Car Crash; I Want to Look Away, But I Can’t: Sawyer/Kate (LOST)
These Are The Pairings I Like That I Didn't Already Mention: Sheppard/Lorne (SGA), Lorne/McKay (SGA), Tara/Willow (BtVS), House/Wilson (House), John/Aeryn (Farscape), Nick/Greg (CSI), Lorne/Mitchell (SGA, SG-1), Owen/Tosh (TW), Ianto/Tosh (TW), Jack/Tosh (TW), Han/Leia (SW), Wash/Zoe (Firefly), Lorne/Chuck (SGA), Lorne/Daniel (SGA, SG-1), Lorne/Marks (SGA), Donald/Timmy (DSM), Two/Jamie (DW), Five/Tegan (DW), Gambit/Rogue (X-Men).
Well, that's good enough. I can't think of any others at the moment. My fatigue is catching up with me.
