Doctor Who--Forest of the Dead

That was freaking outstanding!

* I loved seeing the Doctor off-balance, and I thought the interaction between him and River (who I quite like) was beautiful. I cried during the conversation they had when she was about to sacrifice her herself. I'm sure a lot of people don't like her, but I'm hooked, and I loved that the Doctor, quite characteristically, found a way to save her. The whole scene was just lovely.

* D'awww. I was hoping Donna would turn around and see her cyber-husband. I have a feeling he'll pop up later.

* Giving "Cal" a family at the end was a nice touch.

* How much do I love Donna's indignation over finding out her dieting has been for nothing. The interaction between her and the Doctor at the end was just lovely.

* Best line of the episode: "I'm the Doctor. This is the biggest library in the universe. Look me up." Bad. Ass. :D
