My Day So Far

* The other day, I spilled a box of toothpicks, and yesterday, I impaled one of my toes on a toothpick that apparently landed in the doorway to my kitchen. So today, it hurts like a son of a bitch, and I'm limping around.

* I showed up for work today to discover the door to the office locked. When I went to security for a key, I was told that they "just gave the last one out."

* It feels like it may be that time of the month soon.

And it's only 10:14 am.

Muffins ftw

I'm making muffins! Woot!

I had a post composed in my head, but I forget most of it now. Something about work, and there was some other stuff. Yadda yadda yadda.

I do remember that I took some fiction with me to print out and send off, but we wound up being busy for about two hours, and then, Kelley and I wound up talking about the season finales of our various shows. She hadn't seen CSI, so she told me to go ahead and spoil it for her. She was as WTF as everyone else I know.

But I digress. Where was I? Muffins? Hmmm...

I'm really super-tired right now, but I'm trying to keep myself awake until about 2 am, so I can get back on a normal sleeping schedule.

Oh, I know one thing I wanted to mention. I went to get gas this afternoon, and I was excited to see that it was $3.79. How sad is that?
