Random thoughts:

* Woman-in-Alley: Don't stand alone in the middle of a dark alley when you've heard a creepy noise and have the feeling you're not alone. Run like the wind, honey.

* Sam and Dean do not look good in jumpsuits.

* Wow, they're really writing Dean as a player all of the sudden. He never seemed that horny before.

* I knew we'd see Creepy-Woman from the bus station again. I'm glad that Sam didn't go, "Wow, you're in a bar in Chicago. What a coincidence. Let's go to a movie." At least he had the sense to be suspicious.

* Aw, I love Vulnerable!Dean. He just wants to be a family.

* Of course, Creepy-Woman is controlling the Shadow Thingies.

* Cool! Dad's on his way!

* Ouchie oochie. Dean and Sam got sliced up by the Shadow Thingies pretty good.

* Okay, Sam is obviously learning from Dean, because he tricked Creepy-Woman

* Dad's waiting in the hotel room. I knew he'd show up sooner or later. It was in the previews, after all.

* Sam and Dean's dad is kind of hot.

* Aw, Vulnerable!Dean again. He ran straight into Dad's arms, and I think he was trying not to cry.

* It's good that Sam and Dad have worked some things out.

* More ouchies from the Shadown Thingie. This, of course, was a trap for Dad.

* I'm a little surprised that Creepy-Woman is still alive after being thrown several stories out of a window. Perhaps she isn't human.

* So, the boys have to part ways with Dad for a while, because the Bad Guys will use them against him.

* From what I can gather, I'd say Dad is quite a lot like Dean. They seem to respond to emotional issues in similar ways, and also, they seem to have the same "weakness" toward family.

* Sam doesn't want Dad to go, now that they've cleared the air...

* Dean and Dad seem to have a wordless understanding. They really are alike.

* It's moving to Thursday?!?!?! Apparently, the new management at WB is trying to push Smallville and Supernatural as it's big line-up. Well, I have a DVR. No big. But what will I watch on Tuesday?????
