The one thing I said I wanted by the end of the season, I got: "My name is Nate Ford, and I am a thief." I love it!
This was a fantastic episode. I knew Nate was going to wind up taking the fall for the others. I knew it. I couldn't think of any other logical way for this to pan out than for him to take the fall. I think it's important that he does, so he's one of them now and not just the good guy among thieves.
I did kind of like that Sterling showed concern there at the end. Maybe there's a good guy in there yet.
And I loved Nate's goodbye to the team. He told them they were his family. *is a puddle of goo*
And Eliot breaking his handcuffs... *is dead* Wow, I am an easy fangirl, let me tell you, because that right there did it for me. And the counting thing reminded me of Gimli and Legolas taking tally of their kills, lol.
So I wonder how this will play out. Will Nate get off after he turns state's evidence? Will he break out? Will we be meeting Jimmy Ford (who I firmly believe is in prison) soon? Will the team bust Nate out of the hospital before he gets to trial?
The only scene I took exception to was the Nate/Sophie scene at the end. I don't mind their relationship, but it bugged me that she slapped him after he put his heart on his sleeve. Granted, she didn't know he was possibly bleeding to death. But still, it made me more convinced that they should really remain friends and no more.
I can't wait for the next season!
