Look at your LJ userpics list. If you have fewer than 50 icons, pick every fifth one. If you have between fifty and seventy-five icons, pick every seventh one. If you have over seventy-five icons, pick every tenth one. If you have fewer than ten, pick all of 'em. List them on your LJ, and tell everyone exactly why you have it, why it's interesting to you, and what significance it has.

I love this one. It's Major Lorne, obviously, and it's one of the oldest Lorne icons I have. I use it as my "concerned" icon.

Lorne again. It's just a great icon. Lorne + gun = happy me.

Honestly, I do have icons not made by
casett! This is an official Joe Flanigan Butt Appreciation Society icon. Why all of you aren't members is beyond me.

LOL! This is my Pouty!Daniel icon. He just looks like his donuts are soggy, and he's being forced to drink gas station coffee.

This is Steven Culp, and I made it. (By making it, I mean I resized a promo picture to 100x100, because no one seems to make decent Steven icons unless I want one from that wretched Desperate Housewives, which I don't.) He's one of my favorite actors. I've had some good times writing fic for his characters and being at chats with him, and he's a lovely person. Even Kate Hewlett likes him, and she's got good taste!

This is a picture of the Stargate. I wanted a picture of the Stargate. Poof! Happiness.

This scene was a fangirl's dream. I have to hand it to RTD. As much as he mucks up, he knows how to manipulate his fans.

This icon has three of my favorite things: Lorne, Sheppard, Lorne's dimples.
Total number of films I own on DVD/video: No clue. A ginormous number of them.
The last film I bought: It might have been Die Hard.
The last film I watched: Thoughtcrimes with Joe Flanigan and the chick from NUMB3RS.
Five Seven films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me (in no particular order):
Stargate: This goes without saying. It introduced two of the most important characters in my fannish life, and it's a damn good movie.
Halloween: Campy but fun, it's still my all-time favorite slasher film. We're talking about the original here, folks, not the dumbass remake.
The Day the Earth Stood Still: Again, we're talking about the original. Black and white, low budget, and starkly beautiful in its simplicity.
Brokeback Mountain: I probably can't sit down and watch this without getting all emo about Heath, but its beauty and raw humanity is a fine legacy for him to have left behind.
Casablanca: There is just no other movie like it. Half the actors in Hollywood would look like rookie schmucks if they tried to stand toe-to-toe with Bogey.
Cabaret: This movie had such an effect on me. I can barely express it.
Schindler's List: Like BBM, it's not a movie I can kick back with popcorn and watch, but it's a haunting and gorgeous film.
I thought about going to ten, but it gets harder to choose the longer the list gets.
