Why am I up?
Can't sleep, and I have to get up early to be at my uncle's house tomorrow. We're jaunting off to see my mother. This morning, I didn't fall asleep until after 7, so the prospect of me sleeping tonight don't look good. :(
So, in the meantime, I think I'll do a couple of memes. I haven't done this in ages, so I figured I'd give it a whirl tonight.

1. Why do you dislike #11 (Jack/Gwen) so much?
The leading man/leading lady thing has been done to death. Why rehash it? Plus, I dislike the way it's being forced down our throats, and I dislike the way it makes Gwen look. Think about it. She's dating a wonderful guy (Rhys), but she's effectively mooning over her team leader who happens to be dating one of her close friends. And this is on top of the affair she had with Owen in Season 1. Not cool, people.
2. Who do you know that ships #13 (Ben/Sayid)?
I don't know anyone personally, but there's probably someone out there who ships them.
3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3 (Jack/Daniel)?
I think Jack would move back to Colorado Springs having retired from the USAF, and he'd take a job as a civilian consultant. At that point, I'd have the guys reconnect over pizza, beer, hockey, and banter.
4. What is your favorite moment for #1 (Nick/Greg)?
That's a tough one, but I think I'll go with bus crash scenes in "Chasing the Bus." I love those scenes, because it shows how vulnerable Greg was around Nick back then.
5. How long have you been following couple #6 (Jack/Ianto)?
A while now. I think it happened after I saw "Small Worlds."
6. What's the story with #8 (Remus/Sirius)? What made you stop caring?
Well, after killing off Sirius, JKR did pretty much everything in her power to shove Remus at Tonks. As a result of that relationship, Remus became a pale comparison of the character he used to be, and I just didn't care anymore.
7. Which ship do you prefer--#2 (McShep) or #4 (Evan/Teyla)?
Probably McShep, but only because they have years of interaction, and Evan/Teyla have only just formed a rapport.
8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from #10 (Remus/Tonks) or #12 (Jack/Kate).
Well, Remus/Tonks is pretty much a moot point now that the series is done, so I'll say Jack/Kate. I groan whenever we're treated to more of their boring ass story.
9. What interests you about #14 (Cam/Daniel)?
Two heartbreakingly gorgeous men who get sweaty playing basketball on a regular basis. I wonder.
10. When did you stop liking #7 (Charlie/Sayid)?
This was probably my earliest LOST ship, but the interaction just wasn't there, and I moved on to other ships.
11. Did your waning interest in #9 (Percy/Oliver) kill your interest in the series?
No.
12. What's a song that reminds you of #5 (Evan/Ronon)?
To get in the mood to write them, I like to listen to Pearl Jam, but there's no song in particular.
13. Which of these ships do you love the most right now?
Right now, I'm pretty enamored with Evan/Teyla, but I like all of them.
14. Which do you dislike the most?
Remus/Tonks
15. If you could have any of these pairings double date, who would they be?
It would amuse me greatly to see McKay and Sheppard double-date with Jack and Ianto.
16. Have #2 (McKay/Sheppard) kissed yet? Elaborate if yes.
Alas, no.
17. Did #4 (Evan/Teyla) have a happy ending? Do you think one is likely?
With these writers, who knows? But they have a decent shot at hooking up someday. Right now, I'll settle for more friendship bits.

A couple of good scenes in Continuum.

20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them?
For starters, the final book never happened. Tonks marries Charlie Weasley, and they move away to plot obscurity in Romania. Meanwhile, Sirius is found alive, and he and Remus buy a little house in the country with a nice guest wing for Harry and his minion.
