Who I do and don't ship

My OTP: Out of all my fandoms? Yikes. I'm more inclined to have one (or two) OTPs for each fandom. If I had to pick one OTP from all my fandoms right now, I guess it would be Jack/Ianto (Torchwood). They're the couple I'm most interested in right now, and they're one of my rare forays into shipping a canon (!!!) couple.
But This Pairing Comes In Close Second: Jack/Daniel (SG-1)
If I Couldn’t Have Those, I’d Want: I'll say Sheppard/McKay, Nick/Greg, or The Doctor/Rose.

I need to add a disclaimer. Just because I ship a couple doesn't mean I want to see it happen on screen. Usually, I don't trust the writers OR I worry that the ship would mess up the show dynamics Jack/Ianto is a major exception. I'm actually kind of stunned that one of my ships is canon. Happy, but stunned.

I would never Sheppard/McKay or Nick/Greg to become canon. They belong in fanfic, and that's it. The Doctor/Rose are practically canon, but the reality is that it really can't happen, at least not in the long-term. It would totally mess up the show.
And If Not That Pairing, This One: Sam/Daniel, (SG-1) but not on screen. Also, Bobby/JP (X-Men). They should be canon, but they're not.
This Pairing Was Sunk In Canon, But I Still Love It: Mac/Webb (JAG). They were wonderfully dysfunctional at the beginning, but the writers waffled, and Steven Culp (Webb) left the show. That's when I stopped watching.

And Remus/Sirus (HP). We all know how that turned out. *cries*
I Dabble a Little In This Pairing: Evan/Teyla. I've been on the fence for a while, but now I'm thinking about climbing totally on board. They have a nice chemistry, and I actually wouldn't mind seeing them become canon.
I’m Slowly Warming Up to This Pairing: Owen/Toshiko (Torchwood). She can do so much better, but I'm still intrigued by them.

This Pairing Makes My Teeth Rot with the Sweetness of It: Billy/Teddy (Young Avengers). They are adorably sweet and mushy.

If This Pairing Happens in Canon I Might Stab My Eyes Out With a Spork: Jack/Gwen (Torchwood). If this pairing happens, it will be taking the show down the normal, uninspiring, tedious route so many other shows go down. Plus, Gwen dominates the show enough without bagging the male lead.
