Oh crap. Now lost_land has announced their Big Bang. Fortunately, it's not TOO huge. I think I'll write a Miles/Richard (maybe with some James/Juliet) fic, and do a couple of fanmixes. Should be doable. :D

At least I'm making progress on au_bingo.

Some random things

So I barely slept last night. I got home this afternoon and took an epic nap. Now, I'm awake and probably will be up for a while.

I've got most of my ideas down for au_bingo. The notable exception is Ancient Civilizations. I've got a decent idea, but it'll be like pulling teeth to finish it. I just don't care for the prompt. I think it's because I am a historian, and the idea of just shoehorning one of my fandoms into an ancient world just makes my skin crawl. I'll probably go with Lost, because Richard could potentially fit into any time period. If anyone has another idea, though, let me know. Time travel is not an option. The characters have to be a natural part of the time period.

Also, I've figured out what I'm doing for "major historical event changed." Thanks for everyone's suggestions on that! The mods have given me the thumbs up to change an event on another world, so here's what I'm doing... Sateda was never culled, and Ronon never joined Sheppard's team. I think that would be the least-convoluted story for me to write. I have the basics sketched out. I just have to write it.

This Disney AU is getting bigger than I expected. I was dreading this prompt, but I kind of like the story that's coming out. It's not going to be as cracktastic as you might think.

Also, I've got my first Hawaii Five-O fic planned out.

I have watched another episode of White Collar. I'm liking it a lot, and I can see why people love the Peter/Elizabeth/Neal OT3 vibe. I still love Peter best. I think the fandom expects me to fall head over heels for Neal, and I love him. But Peter pushes all my buttons. And Mozzie. I love him.

What else? Hmmm... I need to finish that 30 Days of Leverage Meme. Maybe I'll do that in one big post this weekend.
