30 Days of Leverage Meme

Crap. Crap. Crap. Crap. End-of-semester finals and grad school apps have been eating up my time. I meant do get back to this earlier in the week, but here it is Sunday at 1am.

Back to the meme. I'm going to do several days worth to catch up.

Day 15 - Least favorite con

Probably "The Double-Blind Job." The jealousy angle and the over-involved client took a lot of the luster out of the episode for me. And to be honest, I can't remember the con.

Day 16 - Least favorite romance

Parker/Hardison. I like the fun, adorable tension from the first two seasons, but I generally don't like overt on-screen couples. The moment I saw "The Double-Blind Job," I was turned off on the couple. I never want to see jealous!Parker again. I don't want Hardison OR Parker to become one half of a couple. Especially Parker. It would threaten what is an amazing character by tying her to romance. I've seen it happen to too many great female characters.

How do I pick?! I suppose I'd have to go with Hardison's Star Trek-themed page in "The Order 23 Job." It was so very Hardison, and it made me LOL!


Day 19 - Favorite quote from the show

Only one?!?! Okay, how about "My name is Nathan Ford. And I... am a thief." It was a brilliant character moment, and it's something that a lot of fans really wanted to hear him say.

Day 21 - How you expect season three to end

I have some thoughts on that, but I don't want to get spoilery. So let's go with a simple certainty: Eliot Spencer will hit people. A lot of people.
