I'm not quite in full freak out stage. You all have that to look forward to around November. :) I've been through this before, but I keep freaking out that I won't get in anywhere or I won't get money or I won't be able to afford to move my furniture. I freaked out like this when I was applying to my MA, and I can imagine how much the fact that IT IS MY FREAKING PHD will amplify my anxiety. A couple of my real life friends who were around when I applied to my MA (while writing my Senior Honors Thesis and editing two journals) are thrilled that they get to witness the epic freak out again. I have to retake my GRE soon--my scores are too old now. My buddy Jason went through this last year, and he was on the phone with my like ALL the time. I told him he can expect panicked calls from me later this year. ;)
