Jan. 15th, 2010 10:21 amSo here's my day so far. I drove to the store specifically to get Leverage Season 1 (and breakfast sausage). I checked before I left my home, and they said they had it. So I drove all the way over there, dealt with my annoying fellow shoppers, and... they didn't have it. Granted, it wasn't a totally wasted trip, since I was able to get some yummy food while I was out. However, it pisses me off when a store claims to have an item but does not. This is the second time I've had this happen in about a week (different store, different product, same problem--had to order it and have it shipped to my house). While I have never been a big fan of buying things online, it's increasingly starting to seem like the best option. At least I wouldn't be wasting time I could be doing other things chasing down invisible products, and I could minimize face-to-face contact with people who think shopping is a combat sport.
