(no subject)

The Good--I found out that if I renew my lease, I don't have to pay rent in January!

The Bad--I'm still sick and have been having major chills. I had to crank up the heater big time just to stop shivering.

The Good--After Wednesday, I have a four-day weekend.

The Bad--It's Monday.

The Good--I have a Joe Kavanaugh/Will Zimmerman story in my head waiting to hit paper.

The Bad--It's Monday, and I have no time to write.

Not so much with the mad productivity

1. One of the things I love about my co-workers is that I can work Todd the Wraith, the number 42, or Wolfram and Hart into a conversation, and someone will know what I'm talking about.

2. Earlier, I asked Robert to explain the male fascination with flatulence to me. Apparently, to a guy, flatulence is not only one of the funniest things ever, it's also a very serious cause for male bonding.

EDIT: Robert has posted a treatise on farts here if anyone is so inclined.

3. We did agree, though, that the phrase "your mom" is ridiculously funny.

4. I should be doing something more constructive, but I seem to have hit a wall of productivity.

5. I don't have anything else to add, but I like to do things in odd numbers.

Kavan question, Heroes (spoilers)

Has anyone seen this movie? It looks cheesy, but Kavan Smith is in it. So is Sebastian Spence, in fact. I was wondering if it was worth checking out?
