Another sick weekend and a poll reminder
May. 4th, 2008 07:58 pmI'm still sick, and this is very, very irritating. When I swallow, my ears crackle. My aunt said hers were doing that as well, and she was sick most of the winter. And breathing? Not so good. I hope I don't have to drag myself to the doctor. From the neck up? Yeah, it's pretty much ouch city, so this hasn't been a fantastic weekend. Can I just not be sick for the weekend? Seriously. I'd like to feel great during the weekend, so I can enjoy it. As it is, I've been cooped up in the house, sleeping a lot and feeling rotten.
I had a lot of weekend plans which didn't see fruition, mostly because of the sickness and persistent unconsciousness. So yeah, the weekend has pretty much been epic fail.
I know I owe some people comments, and I'll try to do that later tonight. There's also a meme I wanted to do, so maybe I'll get to that.
Otherwise, it's back to my moss green chair and Puffs tissues.
Also, since I have several new friends on my flist: Could you all be so kind as to go to this book poll and vote for a book or two. I'm trying to pick books for a class, and I'm stuck in my own indecisiveness. If you haven't read the books, that's cool. Just pick a couple that sound most interesting. The time period for the class ranges from ancient times to the Renaissance. If you have an alternative suggestion, leave a comment on that post.
