Quick Easter post

* Had dinner with the family yesterday. My mom was actually all right. It was really good. We had ham, veggies, coleslaw, potato salad, pineapple upside down cake, and potatoes. The four-year-old cousin was there, and they made some mac and cheese for her, since she practically lives off of it. When we were sitting around the table eating dinner, she leans close to me and says, "Angie, you have to try the macaroni and cheese. It's so cheesy." Hee. I kid her that some day, I'll go to her wedding, and she'll be serving chicken, macaroni and cheese, and applesauce.

* Today, I lazed around and did my stuff for tomorrow. I'm so not ready to go back.

* I did make some leftover ham and some sweet potatoes. I wanted to make a veggie to go with, but when I went to grab my can opener, I couldn't find it. Weird.
