Quick and Dirty Update

* I have a toothache. Ouch.

* Making pizza. In my OVEN. (Sorry, I'm still excited about my new oven.)

* Going on a horror movie binge tonight. Halloween: Resurrection and Nightmare on Elm Street are on AMC.

* I've been tired all day. I think the havetogetdonewithschool pace has taken its toll on me.

* I still can't believe I've turned in my thesis. For all intents and purposes, I'm done with my Master's degree.

* The job hunt begins Monday. *shudder*

* I want to buy a dachshund.

Okay, five-song meme time! I got the letter "S" from Jeff.

1. Smalltown Boy by the Bronski Beat: This is one of my favorite songs. Jimmy Somerville's voice is amazing.

2. Somebody to Love by Queen: I've been a huge fan of Queen since I was like, 8 years old. This song highlights Freddy Mercury's amazing voice.

3. Shine by David Gray: I listen to a lot of David Gray when I write fanfic. I have no words to describe how much I love this particular one.

4. Stir it Up by Bob Marley: This is a sexy, beautiful song.

5. Some People Say by Eddie Spaghetti: If you can ignore the fact that he shares a name with pasta, it's a great song. It's slow and gentle country-influenced rock.
