The case itself was pretty much a no-brainer. When they revealed that her fellow soldier/best friend had been interested in her, it was actually kind of a disappointment. I don't know... I want to be surprised by the reveal.
I did enjoy the scenes between Dana and her husband. I missed a couple of scenes, because the frigging Weather Alert kept going off to tell me that it was going to rain. Uh, yeah, that's probably why I hear thunder, asshat.
What I'm really interested in, though, is the subplot involving Scotty and his brother. I like how they're dragging it out slowly, rather than just springing it on us in one episode. I hope this pans out and is as interesting as I think it might be.
Btw, I've decided that Danny Pino looks incredibly hot when he's in casual clothes. I don't like him in the suit. They should let him go casual more often.
Good episode. Danny is so cute when he's interacting with kids. He doesn't come off as patronizing or fake. My favorite episodes are the ones where Danny has to work with a kid. He looks good tonight... a little disheveled.
The Jack/Anne stuff is a snoozefest. Anthony LaPaglia is a fine actor, but Jack Malone either annoys me or bores me, depending on the week.
Proof that Danny is gay (or just unbelievably noble): He didn't stay to watch Elena dance. Now, I don't really like the character, but Elena is smoking hot.
Great couple of scenes between Danny and Elena.
